Thank you for supporting Eye Heart Drip! Every item is printed to order, helping reduce waste by creating products only when they're needed.

Order Processing

All products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed before shipping. During holidays, sales, product launches, or other busy periods, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Options

We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (Estimated 8–11 business days): $4.99 USD

  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $60 USD or more

  • Express Shipping (Estimated 5–7 business days): $15.00 USD

These delivery times are estimates and include both production and shipping. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, local carrier performance, customs processing (for international orders), weather, and seasonal demand.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Print-on-Demand Production

Every Eye Heart Drip product is printed specifically for you after your order is placed. This helps reduce overproduction and waste while ensuring every item is made just for you.

Because of this, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun. Please double-check your shipping address, size, color, and product selection before completing your purchase.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced at different print facilities and shipped separately. If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing defect, is incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, please submit a Returns & Order Issue Request within 14 days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date).

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already entered production or shipped, additional shipping charges may apply if the package must be re-shipped.
